This
pond belongs to a hobbyist from Brunei, Mr Kit Onn. This is the
first of his 2 bakki showered ponds. The pond has a volume of
5.5 ton. It measures 2.4m x 2m x 1.2m deep. It has a 6 inch bottom
drain that feeds a settlement chamber. The water is pumped by
a resun 18000L/hr pump over the bakki showers. The showers contain
40kg of bacteria house.
Additional
aeration via the large air ring in the picture on the left is
provided by 2 units of resun LP 100. This pond is home to 15 koi.
Kit is very happy with the growth rates he has achieved with this
pond.
